At Trak Racer, we want you to be fully satisfied with your racing rig and accessories. If your equipment doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 14-day return window for items in original, unassembled condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack with Care

  Ensure all components, hardware, and manuals are placed back in the original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package to our designated regional distribution center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the contents and condition of the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
